In her work with The Galvanizing Group, Tracy utilizes proven coaching tools to guide participants in their goal setting and support them in the achievement of those goals. Bob has more than 35 years of experience in insurance industry marketing, team building, and strategic leadership. In addition to consistently producing profitable growth for the companies he has worked for, Bob has developed training programs for new independent insurance agents and has been a sales trainer for the Forum Corporation. As a Certified Connecting Cohort Coach, Bob facilitates relationship building programs and courses for The Galvanizing Group. He is also a committed advocate for underserved people in his community.

Dyana brings over 30 years of talent development, recruitment and transition-coaching experience to The Galvanizing Group. Since becoming a coach in 2011, she has partnered with innovative organizations in the HighTech, EdTech and Outsourcing spaces. A skilled group facilitator, Dyana incorporates her core values of conscious awareness and authenticity into all her endeavors. Certified in multiple coaching modalities, she applies creativity, intuition and experience to help her clients achieve their highest potential. Dyana is also an avid surfer, hiker and yogi.
