Dyana brings over 30 years of talent development, recruitment and transition-coaching experience to The Galvanizing Group. Since becoming a coach in 2011, she has partnered with innovative organizations in the HighTech, EdTech and Outsourcing spaces. A skilled group facilitator, Dyana incorporates her core values of conscious awareness and authenticity into all her endeavors. Certified in multiple coaching modalities, she applies creativity, intuition and experience to help her clients achieve their highest potential. Dyana is also an avid surfer, hiker and yogi.

Elizabeth has over 30 years of experience leading diverse financial services and technology teams across various functions, from Marketing to Agile Software Development and Product Management. Elizabeth is a citizen of the world; she speaks Spanish, some Portuguese, and a little Mandarin and has lived in six countries and eight US states.
